By using Saga, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

Saga is an AI workspace application that allows you to run local AI models and connect to cloud AI providers. The service includes both free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Saga for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer the software
• Share your license key with others
• Use the service to harm others

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for subscriptions, and within 30 days for lifetime licenses.

6. Intellectual Property

Saga and its original content are protected by copyright. Your content remains yours. AI models are provided by their respective creators under their own licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

Saga is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. AI outputs should be verified for accuracy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email.
